Refund Policy

IAB Membership:

Members that notify IAB to cancel their membership within 30 calendar days from date membership materials are shipped are entitled to a full refund of their membership dues and the amount of the one time registration fee less $25.00 that is non-refundable. In order to receive your refund, you must return the membership ID cards to IAB P.O. Box 224767, Dallas, Texas 75222-4767 and upon receipt, IAB will then issue the refund.

Refund Policy and 30-day Money Back Guarantee: If you cancel for any reason within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of membership materials, you will receive a full refund of paid membership fees, including the one-time application fee.
